Braving the Unknown

This book, UNDER COVER by John Bevere was first recommended to me during my first time to volunteer for the Creative Arts Ministry. “Basahin mo ‘yung Under Cover, maganda ‘yun!” Since then, I had this excitement to grab a copy of the book which was quite weird because I don’t love to read.  My reading rate is directly proportional to a turtle’s travel rate. SO SLOW. But what’s awesome is that because of my love for God, because of my desire to know Him more, a desire grew within me to read books about Him. Of course, nothing beats reading the Bible! 🙂

Months later, Ate Betel received a copy and I read a part of it that really made me say, “I have to read that book!” Thankfully, Mariz lent me her book last summer. 🙂 It took months for me to finish the book. Yehey for…
